This is an artisan truffle butter made with organic cream from free ranging graziny cows with 38% fat, it contains 1 oz of tuber melanosporum (winter truffle) at its best maturation point (2nd half of January) and natural aroma (made with artichoke, winter truffle, garlic and cabbage).

It’s sold frozen. You take it out of the freezer to cut some discs and let it melt on top of a good beef steak, or it would delight you as a finishing for a risotto or a paella of mushrooms and truffles (Ist price winner of the 2018 Miami Cook-off Festival) cooked by José M. Pardo
